Hallo,
Ich höre bald auf bei meiner jetzigen RB zu reiten... allerdings weiss ich nicht was mit den Dingen passiert die ich mit dem Pferd auf Turnieren gewonnen hatte und jetzt gerne haben würde! Darf ich die behalten? Oder gehören die dem Pferd und somit der Besitzerin?

Es handelt sich dabei um eine Decke, Schabracken und Bandagen... Die Kosten für die Turniere habe ich immer getragen und monatlich habe ich auch immer etwas für das Pferd gezahlt.
Allerdings habe ich Schleifen, Stallplaketen und Geldpreise behalten, aber ich reite ja auch nicht für die Besitzerin im Sinne einer Anstellung, wie Bereiter oder so...

Weiss jemand etwas darüber oder hat jemand Erfahrung damit?

Früher war es so, dass Geldpreise dem Pferdebesitzer und Ehrenpreise dem Reiter gehört haben. Die Stallplakette und die Schleife gehören dem Pferd.

Du reitest zwar nicht als Bereiterin, aber das Risiko liegt immernoch bei der Pferdebesitzerin. Sei froh dass du aufs Turnier durftest.

So zahlt z.B. meine Mitreiterin (ist keine RB, zahlt so auch nichts fürs Pferd) auch die Nennungen und behält dann auch den Geldpreis.

Man sollte dass doch vorher besser absprechen. Beiuns war es so, dass die Schleife beim Pferd blieb und der Reiter den Sachpreis bekam. Der Geldpreis wurde geteilt, da wir ja auch immer gefahren sind.
